The proposed fees for 2012-2013 include slight increases of just over 2% from 2011-2012 fees..
Housing fees include furnished room with telephone line offering unlimited local and campus calling, smoke alarm and sprinkler, 10Mbps data line per person, 100% wireless Internet coverage, and cable television jack per student.

Several dining plans are offered from Dining Services.
Students in extended capacity rooms (triples and quads) receive a 15% discount on the standard housing rate for the time that the room is in an extended capacity. When the room is no longer in an extended capacity, the standard housing rate will apply for the remainder of the semester or year.
Learn more about the Terp Payment Plan, a way you can spread your payments for tuition, room, dining plans, etc. over several monthly payments. No interest accrues but there is an enrollment fee. Please contact the Office of the Bursar for more information.
