Resident Assistant Position (2010-2011)

These highly informative and interactive workshops were offered on October 19, 21 and 23. They covered all the basics with regard to RA selection individual interviews and group process. Participants got information on interview tips, best practices, and what to expect. Topics covered included how the RA interviewing and group processes work, the types of questions to expect and ask and how to prepare. Participants also got a chance to ask any questions they might have had about the RA position and/or the selection and decision processes.
