Residents living in Kent Hall have access to a TV lounge, and a large multi-purpose room that can be used for recreational activities as well as studying.  The laundry facility is conveniently located in the adjacent building at Harford Hall.  The building is also equipped with air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting and solid oak furniture.  Each room is complete with data jacks for private telephone and computer use, and cable connections for each student. Some of the rooms are equipped and accessible for persons with disabilities.
