Residents living in Old Leonardtown have access to a TV lounge, and a large multi-purpose room that can be used for recreational activities as well as studying.  The laundry facility is located in the adjacent complex.  Old Leonardtown is also equipped with air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting and solid oak furniture.  Each Room is equipped with data jacks for private telephone and computer use, and cable connections for each student.  Some apartments are equipped and accessible for persons with disabilities.
