LEONARDTOWN COMMUNITY

The Leonardtown Community offers apartment living for 625 undergraduate students. Each apartment is for four or six students, and is air-conditioned, carpeted, fully furnished, and has a complete kitchen.

Living in a Leonardtown apartment blends all the advantages and services of on-campus living with the independence that comes with an apartment home.

The University’s Leonardtown apartment community is comprised of 12 garden-style apartment buildings in its Old and New sections and a 24-hour Community Center. The apartments are located across Route 1, just beyond Fraternity Row and the recreational and fitness facilities in Ritchie Coliseum. McKeldin Mall, College Park Metro station and shops and restaurants in the City of College Park are all within easy walking distance.

Residents in the University’s kitchen-equipped apartments are not required to be on a campus meal plan.

All residents of the Leonardtown Community enjoy...
