Several courses which align with the goals of Syn*Quest will be held in the Denton Community exclusively for Denton Community residents. Visit testudo.umd.edu for detailed section and registration information.

EDCP 108i: Academic Transitions into Internships (1 credit)
The course is designed to provide students with the full experience of searching for, obtaining, and successfully finding an internship. This course is taught by staff from the University Career Center.

EDCP 217: Introduction to Leadership (3 credits)

This course integrates an introduction to leadership theories, concepts, and skills and includes completion of personal and leadership self-assessments, values exploration, and small group application. A four-session Common Ground dialogue and a visit to the outdoor challenge course will be integrated into the course.
