Programs
Community Development, Responsibility and Involvement
Consistent with the Department of Resident Life's philosophy of community development, additional programs will occur in the context of an involving and stimulating community of student peers characterized by safety, civility, cooperation and involvement. Through community building efforts, resident assistants will encourage students to connect and interact with one another, explore opportunities for involvement, and understand the rights and responsibilities of each resident as a member of the community.
