Property Insurance Policy:

Neither the University nor Resident Life will be able to reimburse any individual for any theft, loss or damages to personal belongings because of fire, flood, water leak, etc. Students are advised to check their family’s homeowner’s or apartment dweller’s policy to ensure it will cover one’s belongings while they are at the University.
