Immunization Policy:

Maryland law requires that every residence hall student either provide proof of vaccination against meningococcal disease or seek an exemption from this requirement, after having been advised of the risks of the disease and the availability and effectiveness of the vaccine, by signing a written waiver stating that he or she has received the information and has chosen not to be vaccinated against the disease. The Immunization Form is due at Orientation, but no later than the first day of classes.
