Application Information
NHTI is an intensive workshop intended for housing professionals committed to advancement with the field of university/college housing. Individuals with three to five years full time housing experience are invited to apply.
Although the applications must be received by the deadline of February 9, 2009, strong priority will be given to those applicants who have submitted the necessary information by January 12, 2009. All applicants are strongly encouraged to meet the January 12, 2009 priority deadline. The NHTI Selection Committee will make final participant decisions.
The Institute fee of $840.00 includes lodging and meals.
Award reimbursements are available to help defray the cost of the Institute. Award reimbursements are funded by many of the ACUHO-I regions and the ACUHO-I Foundation.
Successful applicants will receive award reimbursement information along with notice of acceptance to the Institute.

Please note: As one component of the application, applicants must write and upload a 1-2 page statement (MS Word format document) describing your motivation for enrollment in the 2009 James C. Grimm National Housing Training Institute and your commitment to the housing profession.
