Student Housing Market Analysis
The University of Maryland, the city of College Park, and the College Park City – University Partnership began work in March 2011 to conduct a student housing market analysis with the campus housing and real estate consulting firm of Anderson Strickler, LLC. This study is now complete and a copy of Anderson Strickler's report is available below.
