4-DATA Telephone Support
If you're having problems getting connected or have any questions, you may call our help desk at (301) 314-DATA. Our phone support staff will gladly assist you with any networking questions. If our phone support staff can't fix your problem, we will schedule one of our field technicians to come to your room.
During the Fall and Spring semesters our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
