    • How Community Members Will Be Kept Informed

    South Campus Commons Management staff will work directly with the contractor throughout the project and keep us all informed about the progress of work and alerted to upcoming activity and disruptions that affect residents. This will be done to help residents anticipate and adjust to inconveniences as they occur. Communications methods involving both SCC and Resident Life will include:


  • E-mail notifications to residents and possibly others on matters of urgent concern.
  • Updates on work progress and timetables will be posted on the construction updates page.
  • Meetings with students and student groups.
