Spring 2010 Leasing Opportunities at South Campus Commons & Courtyards

We expect that some current South Campus Commons (SCC) or Courtyards (CTY) residents will want to find eligible on-campus residents to take over their leases for the remainder of the current lease period (through late July/early August 2010, depending on the property). If you are interested in leasing at SCC or CTY for the Spring / Summer 2010, you can look for available spaces by searching the online leasing bulletin boards. These bulletin boards are places where current SCC and CTY residents can advertise when they are interested in transferring their current lease to a new person. You can access these bulletin boards at:

Please Note

All students who sign a lease must be approved by the Department of Resident Life. To be approved for Spring 2010 re-leasing, you must be a current on-campus resident who is in good standing financially, judicially, and academically with the University. If you are approved and sign a lease, you will then need to cancel your on-campus housing and dining agreement. To cancel your housing agreement after signing a lease, complete and submit the online Petition for Release from Residence Halls / Dining Services Agreement form, and then bring a hard-copy of the first and last pages of your lease to the Resident Life Assignments Office in 1102 Annapolis Hall. There is no financial penalty for you to cancel your on-campus housing agreement if you sign a lease at SCC or CTY.
